Deployment of a scalable, data-led pricing and supply chain architecture
01. Strategic Diagnosis & Mission
When OnlyFans prepared to execute its UK market entry, the brand required a partner capable of translating digital brand equity into a high-volume, tangible retail operation. The objective was to build a scalable merchandise strategy that prioritised cost control and speed-to-market while protecting brand consistency across a global audience.
Our mission was to design and deploy an institutional-grade commercial framework that ensured every operational decision supported EBITDA growth and capital efficiency.
02. The Approach: Engineering the Entry Strategy
We initiated a comprehensive review of the existing global model to identify "margin leaks" and logistical opportunities within the UK and EU. We mapped a new operational roadmap covering supplier selection, pricing architecture, and SKU-level performance metrics.
Key Infrastructure Deployed:
Commercial Modelling: Developed a data-led framework for cost-modelling and MOQ planning to protect working capital.
Operational Synchronisation: Aligned the SKU mix with real-time sales data to improve inventory velocity.
Technical Governance: Established rigid quality standards to ensure brand-integrity during rapid-scale production.
03. Sourcing & Technical Governance
Leveraging our global Tier-1 manufacturing network, we sourced and onboarded UK and EU partners capable of managing rapid-fire production cycles without sacrificing quality.
By installing a structured vendor evaluation process, we consolidated production into a managed ecosystem. This eliminated "communication friction" and moved the brand from a reactive sourcing model to an "evidence-based" manufacturing system, ensuring high-fidelity delivery at every stage.
04. The Result: Scalable & Profitable Foundation
The results of the first phase were immediate: £522k in new revenue with a parallel £49k reduction in COGS through strategic sourcing.
By building flexible manufacturing structures and professionalising the commercial model, OnlyFans established an operational asset that serves as a profitable foundation for continued expansion across the UK and Europe.
